God sees your pain. He knows every tear you’ve cried, even the ones no one else has seen. Let’s go to Him together right now and ask for His healing touch. Heavenly Father, I come before You today feeling broken. My body is tired, my heart is heavy, and I need Your touch more than ever. Lord, You are the Great Physician. You know every part of me because You created me. You know where it hurts. You know the sickness, the pain, and the worry that I am carrying. You even know the fears I cannot put into words. So right now, I ask for Your healing power to flow through me. From the top of my head to the soles of my feet, please wash away every illness and every infirmity. Bring order where there is chaos in my body, and peace where there is tension and pain. Your Word says in Jeremiah, 'Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.' I stand on that promise today, even when my feelings tell me something different. But Lord, I also ask for healing in my heart. If there is anxiety, fear, or sadness weighing me down, please lift it off my shoulders. You see the memories that still hurt, the disappointments that I try to hide, and the silent battles I fight in my mind. Your Word says in Psalm 147 that You 'heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.' Please bind up my wounds today. Heal the places in my heart that I don’t even know how to talk about. Replace my heaviness with Your peace, my confusion with Your clarity, and my fear with a deep trust in You. Give me the strength to endure this season. When I feel weak, be my strength. When I feel hopeless, be my hope. When I don’t understand what You are doing, remind me that Your ways are higher than my ways, and Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts. Rest Your hand upon me. Restore my energy. Calm my mind. Let me sleep in peace and wake up with new strength. Teach me to trust Your timing, Lord.
