Yes. Based on extensive research into the matter, it is our understanding that CBD products containing 0.00% THC are permitted at this current time in the state of Arizona. Take a look at this text from an opinion letter released by Kris Mayes, Last year on March 11th, 2024 (the link will take you to the exact position, but just in case you can't find it - it is reference link [1] located in the summary answer section at top of the page.) "The Opinion has no application to cannabis products that are generally understood to be non-intoxicating, such as CBD. " -Kris Mayes 3/11/2024 Opinion Number: I24-005 (R24-001) Kris Mayes states in the opinion letter written last year (on March 11th, 2024) that it did not have any application towards non-intoxicating (without THC) products, meaning and literally stated "CBD" was not the target. Furthermore (and also mentioned above in this article) - When reviewing the wording of both official letters (sent to retailers and law enforcement), you will find the term "hemp-synthesized intoxicants" is used in both letters - not a single mention of "CBD" in either document. Similarly, in the March 24th press release there is only one mention of the word "hemp" (which is used to make the phrase "hemp-synthesized intoxicants") and the term "CBD" is not mentioned at all. https://cbdmarketer.com/arizona-cbd-c...
