A 25-year-old man from Assam’s Lakhimpur district, Pabitra Gogoi, has been arrested in Arunachal Pradesh for alleged connections with the banned militant outfit ULFA-I. Police say he was in regular contact with the group via Facebook and WhatsApp and had shown interest in anti-national activities.
