The ultimate differentiator for me is the quality of the shot. The Outin notably tastes smoother with less bitterness owing to the 3 hole piercing and possibly a higher brew pressure. The coffee grounds after the brew are more solid with less moisture. This is the expected result from a full size espresso machine since you do not want the puck to be in a puddle of water. Even though the Conqueco brews 8 shots of 50ml water from room temp compared to the 4 that the Outin can do, I would much prefer a shot that tastes better along with the unit itself weighing nearly half as much.
