The Home Ministry has decided to provide Z category security to the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama based on an Intelligence Bureau threat report. This all-India security cover includes 33 personnel, with 10 armed guards, six round-the-clock guards, and 12 guards in three shifts.
