Transferring as a quadriplegic is a challenging but essential skill for independence. In this video, I share the exercises I did at the beginning of my transfer journey to build strength and confidence. I also demonstrate how I transfer from my wheelchair to my bed using a transfer board (both with the support of a person and independently).
