It's made with sparkling water and real strawberry puree and lemon juice. Combine strawberries and sugar in a pot. Heat on low heat, mash and cook until strawberries become a syrupy puree. set aside to chill 2. cut 4 slices of lemon, squeeze as much juice as possible from the rest of the lemon(s). remove seeds. 3. to assemble, add strawberry puree, ice, lemon slices, sparkling water, and lemon juice.
