Periodic classification of elements is the method by which elements are grouped on the basis of their characteristics i.e. we keep the elements that are similar in one group and the rest of the elements in the other group. Some empty spaces were also left in the periodic table so that the elements that will be discovered in the future can be placed without changing the trending periodicity of the elements. In this video, we will cover: 1. Why to study Periodic table 2. What is the history of Periodic table? 3. History of Periodic Table. 4. Periodic Law given by Mendeleev’s 5. Modern periodic law given by Moseley 6. Nomenclature of elements 7. Notation for IUPAC Nomenclature of elements 8. How to place new elements in the periodic table? 9. Electronic Configuration in Periods 10. S Block Elements 11. P- Block Elements 12. D-Block Elements 13. Electronic Configuration along Groups 14. Metals, Non-metals & Metalloids 15. How Metallic character trend changes? 16. What is atomic radius? 17. Define Ionic radius Trend? 18. What are isoelectronic species? 19. Explaining Ionization Enthalpy 20.
