Holly and Mark are an experienced travelling dive instructor couple having dived all over the world. They want to share their experience of dive resorts and what to expect during your next diving holiday. In this Resort Tour, we bring to you the Motu Aito Paradise Eco Lodge in Fakarava, French Polynesia.. Located on a coral island, in the heart of the UNESCO Biosphere, the Motu Aito Paradise guest house will be a unique experience. After 20 years of activity, the boarding house keeps the same values: tradition, authenticity and Polynesian heritage. In addition to the basic values, the guesthouse reinforces its strategy of sustainable development through the use of renewable energy, pollution-free activities and local products. The boarding house filters rainwater and uses solar energy. All of this with the aim of limiting the environmental impact in this heavenly place. Eight traditional bungalows are built with natural materials (natural fibers) in a Polynesian style. The garden is planted with "Aito" trees and is flowered with "Tiare", which gives a village effect to the property. Your stay at the guesthouse is a total immersion in the local life. To reach the exotic and heavenly setting of the pension, it takes 1h30 to 2 hours by boat, depending on the sea conditions (transfers are included in the price). At Motu Aito Paradise you will live to the rhythm of the Tuamotu: internet access, water, telephone and electricity are limited resources. South Fakarava promises you an unforgettable stay at the other side of the planet. Its marine fauna and wild flora will take your breath away. You will be charmed by the fifty shades of blue of the lagoon and the various species that you will observe. The guesthouse is recommended to nature lovers and scuba diving aficionados. Your stay is a real return to your roots! The dive operator is Top Dive, an SSI dive centre, with centres all over French Polynesia. The dive centre offers full gear hire and free nitrox.
