The Champion of Boethiah is a unique character who has only appeared once in my videos so far (against Sheogorath). I didn't think he would be strong, but after analyzing him, he turned out to be much better than I expected. He uses a Forsworn melee boss template up to level 51, sharing the stats (including skill levels and perks) of a Forsworn Briarheart. He doesn't dual-wield, but is equipped with several pieces of ebony armor, as well as the unique Ebony Mail. The Ebony Mail does a small amount of poison damage to all oppoonents nearby. For technical reasons, it doesn't work for NPC fights the way you would expect, but I adjusted it so it has the same effect as when used by the player or a follower. The round with the Ebony Warrior mostly depends on how much they stagger him. They can stunlock him to the point where he can't even use a spell or shout, let alone start attacking with his sword.
