Tour our First Hill Clinic and see what makes our clinic a great place to be! The Swedish First Hill Family Medicine Clinic has been serving members of the Seattle community since the 1970s. Our clinic serves as a safety net to provide high quality care to folks who the healthcare system has traditionally left behind. For the past several decades Seattle has undergone a process of gentrification that has forced many of our patients out of Seattle. As our patients are displaced farther and farther south away from the city core many travel up to 2 hours to specifically come to our clinic. Our patients continue to come to our clinic due to our ability to provide high quality comprehensive primary care to populations who have often been disenfranchised by the healthcare system. We have a large refugee and immigrant patient population; the most common languages spoken at our clinic after English are Spanish, Vietnamese, Amharic, Somali, Oromo and Tigrinya. We also have expertise in LGTBTQI care and are able to provide comprehensive gender affirming care. Our clinic has a robust suboxone and addiction medicine concentration. Lastly, we have a special emphasis on geriatrics including a geriatric assessment clinic to provide care to our vulnerable elderly neighbors. This is in addition to our sports medicine, podiatry, gynecology, psychiatry and outpatient procedure clinics.
