Try this recipe & if you like it please Like..Share..Subscribe..Comment.. Ingredients : Boneless fish (salmon)cubes- 400 gms Marinate with: Salt- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste (watery)- 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp (Mix well and set aside for 10mins) Sauce mix: Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp Soy sauce- 1 tbsp Vinegar- 2 tbsp Batter mix for marinated fish cubes: Cornflour- 2 tbsp All purpose flour/maida- 1 tbsp Egg white- 1 (Add marinated fish into this batter & mix well) Now fry the fish pieces for 3 min on medium flame & take it out in a plate Garlic, chopped- 5-6 cloves Green chillies 6-7 Spring onion chopped- 2 tbsp Onion petals- 1 medium onion Capsicum cubed - 1 cup Cornflour slurry- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water Oil Take a wok and heat 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add the chopped garlic and spring onion , sliced green chillies, ginger julienne Mix & sauté for 30secs. Add capsicum & onion petals. Sauté on high flame for 30 secs. Add the fried fish cubes, mix and keep sautéing on high heat for another 1 min. Now pour in the sauce mix and mix it well to coat the fried fish pieces. Add pinch of sugar & salt to taste Cook for 1 min on high flame Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder Add the cornflour slurry & mix it well & cook for 1 min on high flame Add some chopped spring onion greens, mix and serve hot. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am Tanushree, host of this channel.
