I had the great pleasure to visit REM's avocado collection. He is an avocado enthusiast here in Southern California, and he's been sharing his knowledge on YouTube for a while now. He has great wisdom on rootstocks and how different varieties grow in his area. He's in an area where it gets very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so growing avocado trees can be a challenge. REM has gained a lot of insight by using trial and error to figure out what works best in his area.
