For three hours we studied the topic - "Atifa (secret of an effective strike) in martial arts". The masters showed their vision of the technique of "Atifa of a penetrating strike" of their style of Martial Arts, there were many techniques in pairs, complex combinations and exercises. From our organization Uechi ryu karate to Hozonkai 11 people participated. We, together with our instructors Mikhail Nabatnikov 5th dan and Vladimir Loshakov 5th dan, and with our students, showed options for training punches and development exercises.
