This easy, at-home version lets you enjoy one of her favorite Chinese dishes anytime, bringing those familiar, flavorful tastes straight to your own kitchen. [1/28/26 Coupon Book] 4 to 6 Servings – Total Time: 30 minutes Pair With: Asahi Beer ______________________________________________ GET COOKIN': 1 to 2 tbsp. light oil ½ cup onion, thinly sliced into half moon ½ cup carrot, sliced thin, julienned ½ cup green bean, sliced thin on a diagonal ½ cup baked tofu, sliced into thin strips 1" piece of fresh ginger, minced 1 to 2 tbsp. oyster or stir-fry sauce 2 tbsp. shoyu 6 to 7 oz. chow fun noodles, prepare according to package directions salt, to taste 2 stalks green onion, cut into 1" lengths 2 cups bean sprouts 2 tbsp. Chinese parsley, chopped Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion, carrot and green beans, and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Reduce the heat to medium and add the baked tofu and ginger, followed by the oyster or stir-fry sauce, shoyu and chow fun noodles. Gently toss until the noodles are evenly coated with sauce, checking at this point to see if additional salt is needed. Add the green onions and bean sprouts, cooking for about one minute more until just lightly wilted. Remove from heat and serve topped with chopped Chinese parsley.
