Original recording date: 12/11/2024 0:00 - Intro 0:12 - Alert 2:03 - Attack ——— Merry Christmas everyone! I took an opportunity this month to go see one of Milwaukees legacy sirens before it's inevitable replacement and despite some fears about it working it ended up paying off! This will likely be one of my last legacy Milwaukee recordings as I have seen everything I wanted to in the county already, so what a better way to say goodbye to the old system than see a classic P-50. The new system ended up testing right at noon, and when me and Holly heard a bunch of tempest stuff we thought the worst, but we knew better and decided to wait. Thank goodness we did cause ~3 minutes later this thing roared to life. Was pretty typical loudness for a P-50, can never beat the second loudest rotational siren in the world! The undertones which you can hear at points in the video were insane. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the video! ——— Additional information: ☆ Other enthusiasts present - @TheSirenGeek ☆ Location - Milwaukee sanitation division on S 6th St., Milwaukee, WI ☆ Testing - Second Wednesdays at noon © Copyright Montecat 33 (Mitchell Montanaro) ——— Check out all my siren videos here: • Montecat 33 Siren Recordings Subscribe to my EAS/NWR channel here: / @benjicat33 Subscribe today for more content like this! ——— Disclaimer: Reusing and/or direct copying of this video, description style, or audio in any way is prohibited unless permission is granted.
