A three-month investigation by The Telegraph has uncovered a litany of shocking alleged failures at Dunraven House and Lodge in Salisbury, which houses people with dementia, disabilities and severe mental health problems. In one case, a highly vulnerable woman with learning disabilities was allegedly raped in her bedroom by an employee. The family of another resident described their “horror” at seeing him admitted to hospital from the home in a severely hypothermic state with a roughly shaved head.
