Thank you 💕 Cheesy Veggie - Ooshie Dough 1 Tbsp yeast 1 tsp cane sugar 2 1/2 Cups warm water 4 cups King Arthur unbleached bread flour 3 Tbsp of oil 1 cup Whole Wheat flour 2 Tbsp Dry milk 2 Tbsp Groats Wheat(جريش ) 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt 1/4 Tsp Mahlab Ground Mix Vegetables 4 tomatoes Chopped 🍅 1 Large Onion Chopped🧅 1/4 cup of fresh zaatar 1 Tbsp Fresh basil 1 Tbsp Marjoram 1/4 cup Feta cheese 2 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds 1 Tbsp Sumac 4 Tbsp Olive oil 1/4 Tsp black pepper 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 Squeeze 🍋 lemon Juice 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Second Option Vegetable Filling 4 Tomatoes 🍅 1 Large Onion 🧅 2 Tbsp Dry Zaatar 2 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds 1 tsp Sumac 4 Tbsp Olive oil 3/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 Squeeze 🍋 lemon Juice 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Note : After you let the dough rest for an hour to rise. Make round balls as shown in the video cover and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before proceeding to make the Mankeesh. Note: Bake on 475°F on the low rack for 5 minutes bottom should be light golden. Then switch the oven to the boiler and move the baking tray to the top .
