Well, I wasn't expecting this when I booked a holiday at Golden Sands, but it marks a very special milestone for me because of this, although I originally booked a Gold Caravan, I have been upgraded to a Diamond Luxury Lodge, thanks to Adele for allocating me to this lodge situated on Holly Drive 48, marking this my very first lodge holiday that I've done because I have never stayed in a lodge before of all the times that I've been on holiday, and quite coincidentally falls in the same year as ‪@Haven‬'s acquisition of Holivans, since there's already Luxury Lodges in that brand new area at Golden Sands, many of them having hot tubs. The model of this lodge is a 2020 Willerby Pinehurst 3 bedroom, and these lodges are basically a twin unit version of a static caravan, are much more spacious, and are very homeley. What took me by surprise in this lodge because this isn't supposed to happen if the caravan owners let with Haven is that they've left lots of luxuries in their lodge that you'd only get in private lets, such as DVDs, children's books, board games, a few toys and children's jigsaws, which took me by surprise because I wasn't expecting that and it made me feel like that I've rented privately more because of this! lol😂 Not bad and very fitting for my very first lodge holiday though and I think that they're much better than caravan holidays because of how big and homely they can be, so I can now establish Golden Sands as my place of origin for lodge holidays.🥰 This video was recorded on the 19th September 2024.
