You can certainly use only flour…that was my intent when I decided to fry the pork chops. Make sure you check your kitchen for all of the ingredients before you begin cooking! The pork chops still tasted really delicious with the fish breading 😊. If you decide to use the breading, go easy with your seasonings because the breading is already seasoned.
