Ingredients Oil 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Cauliflower (grated) 1 cup Salt to taste Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Onion (cubes) 1 small Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp Green Peas ½ cup Tomato (cubes) 1 small Coconut (grated) ½ cup Coconut Milk ¾ cup Lemon Zest a pinch Lemon Juice 1 no. Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp Method 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds after they crackle add chopped garlic. 2. Add grated cauliflower and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste. 4. Cook for further 2 minutes and add onion cubes, ½ tsp of garam masala, green peas and tomato cubes. 5. Mix it well; add grated coconut and coconut milk. 6. Cook it for further 2 to 3 minutes. 7. Add little bit of lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh coriander, ½ tsp of garam masala and mix well. 8.
