Dear Viewers, During drawing inspection of 11KV/110V PT it is seen that y-phase of secondary winding is made earth.Not only that during trouble shooting of PT problem some technicians observed that and asked me and they even wanted to open the shorting also. I told them not to do so and explained the reason behind the shorting.Some one of them requested me to make a video on the subject.This video will be helpful I think.
