Built on a steep north-facing slope of Babka Hill, the house overcomes challenges of limited sunlight and difficult accessibility through an innovative suspended bridge-like structure supported by reinforced concrete pillars and a prefabricated steel frame. The design integrates cutting-edge technology, including Swiss air-lux windows and a heat pump system, ensuring year-round comfort. The interior layout is both functional and luxurious, featuring an underground entrance, an elevator system, and a seamless connection to outdoor spaces. Landscape architect Vladimír Sitta contributed to the natural integration of the house with a slate-covered slope and birch trees.
