What is functional and non-functional testing?
Software testing can be broadly classified into functional and non-functional testing. In this video, we will understand the definition of these two classifications. Functional testing is a testing based on the specifications without reference to its internal working. It is a type of testing wherein each functionality is tested against requirements. In functional testing, knowledge of the inner workings of the “function” is less important than knowing what the function is supposed to do. Testing of the requirements that do not relate to functionality is called non-functional testing. #functionalTesting #nonFunctionalTesting #SoftwareTesting
