Making Consistency Fun-ish with a little community :) Help me hit 500 subscribers! Join us for daily 20–30 min side/middle split stretches—low-pressure, no equipment needed, beginner-friendly, and community-powered. We’re all working toward consistency (and the splits) together. If everyone is a regular, this will be a quick ~20-min workout..unless I ramble (High Odds) If we have new people, I go slower and explain each move (30 Min). My goal is to help you (and me) practice consistency first and foremost. Stretch a little every day without overdoing it. If you train too hard and get too sore, you might be inclined to take a break that turns side splits into a distant memory. No judgement. I'm speaking from experience.. I've got 15+ years and probably 30+ instances of such experience. Feeling stressed? No need to join daily! “Never-miss-two-days” works great too. Daily is just how I'm making myself available to the internet for 20-ish minutes every day.
