This is my weekly public audit — a transparent breakdown of my execution, discipline, growth, and leadership. No hype. No shortcuts. Just real accountability. I lead from the front, and every week I evaluate what I did well, where I fell short, and what needs to improve. Week of March 1, 2026 — and the biggest win was full commitment to YouTube. Not just posting randomly, but leaning all the way in. Creating multiple videos and experimenting with different series. Learning new editing skills. Getting uncomfortable talking directly to the camera. Showing up daily and leveling up in real time. It’s a brand-new skill set, and it’s uncomfortable — but that discomfort is proof of growth. Week 1 of full commitment, and the foundation is officially being built. In this Week In Review, I break down the highs and lows, what worked and what didn’t, training and nutrition execution, Skool community growth, YouTube channel metrics, weekly viewer Q&A, and the adjustments for next week. Everything runs through the framework: Audit → Construct → Install → Trial → Proof. This is how sustainable progress is built — in public, with evidence. Weekly reflection builds humility, discipline, emotional resilience, and problem-solving. It strengthens goal orientation and reinforces sustainable habits. My weight loss journey — 84 pounds down — wasn’t built on motivation. It was built on discipline over motivation, daily audits, and consistent action. The same principles apply to fitness transformation, sustainable weight loss, and healthy lifestyle habits. This is accountability coaching in action — building consistency that creates long-term freedom. Each Week In Review includes a weekly Q&A. Drop your question in the comments of the most recent video — the top 5 questions will be answered in next week’s review. If you want to experience this system yourself, join my free community. Inside, we perform daily audits. Members reflect, build discipline, and grow together before ever committing to one-on-one coaching.
