I Can't Help Falling In Love With You | Swindon Male Voice Choir as you've never seen them before!

From the Paramount film 'Blue Hawaii', the Elvis Presley hit 'I Can't Help Falling In Love With You' performed by Swindon Male Voice Choir at Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club, Wiltshire, in support of Royal British Legion's local branch. Recorded at the choir's "End Of Season" fundraising concert (an informal cabaret gala for 2025) where the men donned Hawaiian shirts, hats and shorts in true Elvis Blue Hawaii style, guests enjoyed drinks and snacks from the bar whilst being entertained by a host of differing musical genres. The atmosphere may have been laid back, but the choir's performance was not! They owned each and every song and delighted their audience with a throughly professional performance of 3 varied sets, the last of which was planned as an audience sing-along section including 'Sweet Caroline' by Neil Diamond, the Welsh hymn 'Cwm Rhondda' (Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah) and a rousing rendition of The Rugby World Cup song 'World In Union'. The choir also performed Wade In The Water, Anthem, (from Chess), I'll Walk Beside You, What Would I Do Without My Music, Can You Feel The Love Tonight (from The Lion King), It Don't Mean A Thing, Side by Side, An American Trilogy and When The Saints Come Marching In. Special guests for this event included the excellent acoustic harmony group '3 Carat Gold' performing hits from the 60s and 70s, as well as the wonderful vocal talents of Katie Sylvester, Ashlea Ferguson and Helen Fairweather who added sparkle with showstoppers and classic pop hits.
