Dr. Mahesh Ghayal is a cardiologist who was born in Uganda, and stayed in Kenya before moving to England. His first darshan of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba was during the Shivarathri of 1986 when he also experienced his first miracle. However, the greatest miracle according to him was the transformation of his heart which happened in an unforgettable instant. Ever since, he has been actively involved in the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization (SSSIO), participating in medical camps at Prasanthi Nilayam and, on Swami's command, in different places in the world. As he rendered seva, he witnessed miracles galore in his life and the life of his patients as well. The doctor also emotionally narrates some of the most beautiful moments of his life that occurred in the interview room with Swami.
