If you're searching for the best driving roads in the UK, the Isle Of Arran in Scotland has around 80 miles of challenging tarmac. The section of road featured in this video is the A841 from Whiting Bay to Bennan Head, and is an enjoyable stretch of road to drive. The condition of the roads on Arran are not great, and due to the narrow carriageway it is recommended that you do not drive too fast, and take care on winding stretches with blind bends and rough surfaces. The best time to drive these roads is at night, when traffic is low. Your car will probably have low profile tyres so be aware that there are numerous potholes on these roads unfortunately, so you will need to stay alert to avoid damaging your wheels or tyres!
