Ingredients 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature) 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar 2 lg eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2- 3/4 cups all purpose flour Bake for around 10 minutes in a 350°F oven.
