新眼光眼科診所 雙眼皮手術 2015.05.22 www.asianewvision.com.tw Tel: +886 2 23460266 Double Eyelid Surgery，Lid Crease Formation 蕭裕泉醫師 18歲陳小姐，剛考完大學會考，為了讓自己單眼皮的眼睛看起來更有精神，來到診所找蕭醫師做雙眼皮手術(Double Eyelid Surgery,Lid Crease Formation)，經由蕭醫師詳細說明手術前與手術後注意事項，便立即要求安排手術時間。 患者術前照 Step 1：Measuring＆Marking on Skin of Eyelid 測量雙眼皮高度＆標記手術位置 Step 2：Make the Incisions 施打麻醉藥於欲手術區域接著劃開傷口 Step 3：Excising the Excess Skin 切除多餘皮膚及皮下組織 Step 4：Removing the Orbicularis Muscle 去除部分眼輪匝肌 Step 5：Removing Orbital Fat 移除部份脂肪 Step 6：Placing the Sutures on Orbicularis Muscle 縫合眼輪匝肌 Step 7：Placing the Sutures on Eyelid Skin With Orbicularis Muscle 固定眼皮於眼輪匝肌上並縫合外表傷口 Step 8：Same Processure on the Other Upper Eyelid 另一眼採相同步驟並注意雙眼對稱性 7 Days Post-Operatively 手術後一週，拆線當天 雙眼皮術後注意事項： 1. 手術後前3天冰敷，每天用冰塊冷敷5分鐘。（用塑膠袋內裝冰塊5~6塊，在於塑膠袋外以乾淨的毛巾包覆用以冰敷） 2. 手術後的第3天會開始消腫，由冰敷改為溫熱敷，如果有瘀青的話，約7~10天也會消退。 3. 手術後請保持傷口乾燥以促進傷口癒合。7天後拆線，拆線後3天盡量保持乾燥。 4. 拆線之後，2~3週後就可以慢慢消腫，約2個月後就看不太出來。 5. 術後藥膏內含消炎成份，可以使傷口癒合漂亮，減少疤痕產生。傷口以藥膏塗抹，每天2次。 Precautions After Eyelid Surgery 1. Remember to ice packing for 3 days after the surgery. Do ice packing with ice cube 5 minutes per day. (You can put 5-6 pieces ice cubes into a plastic bag and cover by a clean towel for ice packing). 2. The swelling will start to fade out in the third day after surgery. Please use warm packing instead of using ice packing. If there is bruising, it will also fade out in 7-10days. 3. Keep dry to promote wound healing. Removing stitches in the seventh day after surgery, keep dry 3days after remove stitches. 4. After that, the swelling will fade out in 2-3 weeks. You will perfect about 2 months after surgery. 5. There is anti-inflammatory ingredients in the cream, it makes wound healing better and reduces the production of scar. Smear wound with cream twice a day.
