Fungal infections on penis are not so common and even if they occur, pustules are not very frequent. Whenever you see a pustule on penis, it is better to check with a dermatologist to know what exactly it is. In these situations, we treat with systemic anti-fungal agents, that means you have to take a tablet or capsule daily for few weeks. That will help you to cure it. When you are not responding to regular treatments, it is better to consult dermatologist.
