The new Patient Turning System (PTS) invented by SANPOS medical Ltd was developed to turn the anesthetized patient from the supine position to the prone position in the operating theatre, without using an additional operating table or “obstructive” mechanical or electrical equipment. The PTS can also be used for covide-19 patients. Our declared claim is to reduce the physical strain placed on theatre staff, increase patient safety, and at the same time keep expenditure to an absolute minimum. With the Patient Turning System an intubated patient weighing up to 150 kg can be turned by two or three members of staff on the operating table, without interrupting Respiration.
