Plaster Rapid Fassade, for levelling and smoothing facades

USES: Renovation of painted or tiled façades. Levelling and Smoothing uneven walls and masonry supports. Filling holes, cracks and gravel pockets. CHARACTERISTICS: Very quick drying: can be sanded after 4 hours and overcoated after 12 hours, with no risk of damaging the paint coat. High bonding strength on any substrate, even on non-absorbent supports such as painted walls, acrylic plasters, tiled walls and ceramics. Easy to use; good grip to substrate, spreads smoothly, will not stick to tools. Applicable in medium coats up to 4mm per layer, will not sag from support. The second coat can be applied as soon as the first coat hardens (wet on wet). Provides a fine and white finish, suitable for any type of exterior grade paint. SUBSTRATES: Absorbent: Concrete, Cement renders, Cement blocks, Brickwork, Aerated concrete, Cellular Concrete, Cement boards, Fiber-Cement boards, Gypsum, etc. / Non-Absorbent: Painted façades, Synthetic rendered façades, Flat concrete, Ceramics, Tiled walls, Mosaic, etc. Substrates must be clean and sound. Remove dust, poorly bonded old coats of paint and stains of grease or wax. Chalky or feeble supports must be fixed and consolidated with a penetrating primer. Isolate and protect metallic parts. Do not apply on permanently damp substrates. Must be painted or protected from direct exposure to outside conditions. APPLICATION: Add 1 Kg of powder for each 0,35 L of water. Stir vigorously, preferably with electric stirrer, to produce a smooth paste. This paste can be used for 45 minutes at 20ºC. Apply with trowel or spatula. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
