Indonesia has a large population of about 240 million people with an average age of around 30 and although the majority of people live on the island of Java, there are 6000 inhabited islands. Digital education has revolutionised the way of providing education across this geographically dispersed country to support study at school, continuous professional development and to reach those who are unable to attend formal education either because of geography or lack of means.
