The Christ Impulse is the impulse that will help humanity find the balance between Lucifer’s upward pull into illusion and ecstasy, and Ahriman’s downward pull into materialism and dry intellect. Human evolution over 6000 years is shaped by these three: Lucifer (past, inflating spirit) Christ (center, providing balance) Ahriman (future, calcifying matter) Christ’s incarnation, also known as, The Mystery of Golgotha, was the spiritual midpoint between these two poles.
