If you don't have a coffee scale but you want to make pour over coffee at home in this video I show you how to eliminate the guess work and how to get all your measurements and the coffee to water ratio for the perfect drip coffee. All you'll need is a pour over coffee maker aka dripper, a filter (metal or paper), kettle and a tea spoon. 1.Fill up a glass of water to around 90% which is going to be around 300ml/10oz. 2. Pour it into your kettle and heat it to around 90 degrees C°/195F° 3. Coffee to water ratio should be around 1:15 which means for a 10oz of drip coffee you need around 20g of coffee which is the equivalent of 4tsp. 4. Place the ground coffee in the filter, ensuring it's level. 5. Start by pouring a small amount of water over the coffee and let it bloom for 30seconds. 6. After the bloom, start pouring the remaining water in a slow, circular motion, starting from the center and moving outward. Pour in stages, allowing the water to draw down before adding more, until you reach the desired amount of water. This process should take about 3 to 4 minutes in total.
