I made chicken mu(pickled Korean radish). So I need to make the fried chicken, right? So, Today’s menu is Crispy Fried chicken only using chicken drumsticks. In Korea, eating chicken with beer is called Chimaek. Have a good time with chimaek. I’ll make Korean style fried chicken(yangyeom-chicken) when I can. Ingredients (for 2~3 person) 2 packs of chicken drumsticks, 150g fried chicken batter mix, 150g water , frying oil (I used fried chicken batter mix that are sold in Korean supermarket. ) Recipe 1. Place the chicken in a bowl, pour the milk and chill for 2 hours or overnight. (This is optional) 2. In a large bowl, mix the fried chicken batter mix and water. And then, add the chicken and mix well. 3. Put the fried chicken batter mix in a bag, add the (2)chicken and shake it until well coated. 4. Fry the coated chicken in hot oil for 8~10min at 170~180℃ until crispy and golden brown.
