Homemade Steamed Bun Recipe: Ingredients: 200g All Purpose Flour 3g Instant Yeast 30g Sugar 100g Warm Milk (104°F ) 20g Warm Water ( 104°F ) 15g Oil Instructions: 1. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of sugar and yeast in the water 2. Put all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix for 7 minutes until it becomes smooth a dough ball, if you knead the dough by hand knead for at least 15 minutes until it becomes a smooth dough ball. 3. Transfer the dough to a bowl and cover. Let it rest there for 5 minutes. 4. Once dough has risen, shape the dough to whatever you want and place onto parchment paper. 5. Set the buns into the steam pot and let them rise in the steam pot until it doubles the size, at least 30 minutes. 6. After the buns have raised, turn on the heat and start to steam the buns and after the water boils and the steam comes up set up a timer for 15 minutes. 7. Turn of the heat and let them sit there for 5 minutes and don't take of the lid. 8. After 5 minutes take off the lid and place buns on plate. 9.
