I've been asked so many times what program, what settings and how I do my 720p HD clips. My goal was to have a good quality, not a perfect but a good one with a small file size. Video Editing Software: VirtualDub ( http://www.virtualdub.org/ ) Forget about K-Lite MEGA Codec Pack. It's good, but it has too many codecs you probably don't need at all. I've since switched the codecs to komisar's x264! Get x264 http://komisar.gin.by , THE VFW-version, not the CLI!!!. x86 = 32 Bit, x86_64 = 64 Bit. Or: https://sourceforge.net/projects/x264... A few extra notes to the video: After you have uploaded your clip on YouTube and YouTube processed it, the quality then will be lowered again. Theres nothing you or I can do about that, its up to YouTube.
