Topside of the very unusual but great tune "About The Sun" (with OBOES and all) Their best song however was the oft comped somber "Summer Sun" from their third and final 45. The group were voted the "East Side Beatles"(!) in 1965 (Tages won the West Side) Unlike the latter, Beathovens career didn't go anywhere after that and their biggest achievement was a opening slot for their fave band the Who on the Drop-In TV show. A couple of them went on to become hotshots in music production and film later.
