But this is my last cheatday video before my big summer shredding cut :D I didn't want to hype it up, i planned this for a long time. A lot of youtubers have done the 10k 15k and also 20k. I wanted to try this calorie challenge to end my bulk with a bang. As you can see in the video, i messed up. Check out the whole video untill the end and know exactly what happend. Still this was a nice cheatday, i had a lot of fun making and off course eating all the meals. This is one of the biggest cheatdays of my life and to most calories consumed in one day.
