The track was great, had everything from tight and technical single track to wide open hills that felt like they went on for miles. The track crew did a great job marking the course and also included some cool new obsticals like the optional split lane that I messed up the first lap. Speaking of my first lap, the start to my race was horrendous. Got 2nd off the holeshot and passed into 1st quickly then when we got to the split lane I chose to take the tough hill instead of the by-pass and of course I didn't make it. My whole class passed me so I had to play catch up. By my 3rd lap I was leading. Battled the rest of the race for 1st and on my last lap while trying to hold off 2nd I smacked a tree. Unfortunately the GoPro died before it could capture that. ------------------------------------------- Thanks for watching!
