In this video, we will be sharing with you a dessert we’ve made a few holidays back— Tres Leches. But this one is a bit more special as it tastes like the bottom of the bowl after you’ve finished your cereal. Cereal Milk Tres Leches is a three milk cake that originated from Mexico. It is surprisingly very light and tasty! Take our word for it, you will really love this one! Here’s the list of what you ‘ll need: For the toppings: 🥛 150g corn flakes 🥛90g unsalted butter 🥛38g malt drink powder 🥛 38g caster sugar 🥛pinch of salt For the three milk: 🥛225g evaporated milk 🥛375g condensed milk 🥛9 tbsps full cream milk For the sponge: 🥛5 large eggs 🥛128g all purpose flour 🥛1 1/2 tsp baking soda 🥛135g caster sugar 🥛1/2 tsp pure salt 🥛3 tbsp full cream milk 🥛45g caster sugar (for the egg whites) 🥛1/2 tsp vanilla extract For the whipped cream: 🥛300ml whipping cream 🥛1 tbsp powdered sugar You can make this plain and just omit the corn flakes and cereal milk part in the procedure. 🤗 Thanks for watching!
