A speedrun to complete every "UFO Ending" run in the Silent Hill franchise. It consists of five games, Silent Hill 1, Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill 3, 0rigins and Shattered Memories. Q.) How is it timed? A.) Real time. Shattered Memories doesn't have an in game timer or a results screen, so it has to be real time. Q.) Why are you playing the PSP version of Shattered Memories/PSTV version of SH1 A.) Convenience mainly, less swapping hardware to plug in the PS2. SH1 is also fastest RTA on PSTV. Q.)What's WR? A.) This isn't really a serious speedrun category so it isn't tracked anywhere. It's probably this run, as a consequence. Q.) Why is X game not included? A.) See list: Silent Hill 4: This game does not have any joke endings. Downpour: The joke ending is the "Surprise" Ending, not a UFO Ending Book of Memories: Again, not called "UFO Ending". This run would also be like five hours by itself and I don't have all day. Homecoming: This has a UFO Ending! But there's no run category to achieve it because UFO Ending isn't even a special ending type in this game, it's just one of the standard endings. So I left it out on that basis. This is the iffiest one and I would maybe reconsider it at a later date. Arcade: same as Homecoming but also UFO Ending is impossible to obtain without a connection to Konami's eAmusement service. The service was discontinued years ago, so there's no real way to see this in action anymore. Q.) Will you do "All Joke Endings" at a later point? A.) Eh, maybe? It's not a terrible idea.
