I made with Dr Hew Lens voice, then added synths with a 10 Hz Alpha frequency. As we dive deeper into these teachings, we begin to see a common pattern emerging. Even though all the teachers shared on this page offer slightly different interpretations, the fundamentals are always the same: maintaining a balanced, centered, relaxed, positive state to bring harmony into our lives. From my own experience, Ho'oponopono is a simple yet extremely effective means of elevating our state, and I believe it is a great technique for everyone to practice. At first, it may seem difficult, but eventually, it becomes automatic and effortless. The idea is that all our problems stem from unresolved memories in the subconscious, so it is our job to release and cleanse these memories to return to zero, allowing divine inspiration to flow through us effortlessly and healing any issues in our lives.
