The effects of CONCUSSION and BRAIN INJURY on our BREATHING has been know for at least 60 years. Yet its been overlooked for too long, its not part of rehabilitation of the brain. But I'm an example that the brain can heal when we restore our breathing patterns, improve cerebral blood flow and oxygen supple to the brain. Breathing is something that could be part of not just the recovery process to improve cerebral blood flow but also a indicator of a brains recovery. It's brain injury awareness month so I'd love your help in sharing this information. So please do LIKE, SHARE & RATE / REVIEW the podcast on whichever platform you use - thank you! 3 keys areas in this podcast we address in this first part of a series I'll be covering on 'Concussions & Breathing' are; Research dates back to 1960's It takes just 3 concussions in a lifetime for severe cognitive decline Being symptoms free is not a reliable indicator of a brain's recovery Research papers & studies referenced; Froman, C.
