Held every week at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood, we feature veterans you know and love, as well as up and coming rising stars. And now - we're pulling back the curtain on how comedians make it to the main stage. We have a beginning segment called 1st Impressions — the entry point every comedian must pass through to earn a spot on the legendary Chocolate Sundaes main stage. It's our version of an Open Mic. Step 1: a live 3-minute set. Step 2: if they pass, they return for a 5-minute “Graduate” set — the final test before they're on the main show. We know the waitlist is long (7 years), and plenty of comedians claim they’re ready. So say less — we created a new element just for them. Introducing the Sweet Spot! Every Sunday, comedians can enter their names to be drawn for this 5 minute spot to prove they’ve got what it takes. Our 1st Impressions channel brings these iconic moments straight to you!
