Desert Power Wagons, a company based in North Carolina, launched its version of the iconic Dodge Power Wagon. DPW's version is touted to be a more pliant ride than the original model. Where the old truck was slow, loud, and uncomfortable, this restomod promises power and comfort in a neat package, utilizing the chassis of the modern Ram 2500. DPW fitted its build with a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel six-cylinder engine paired with a 68RFE six-speed automatic gearbox. The powertrain is rated to make 385 horsepower and 930 lb-ft of torque, but you can also spec a smaller 5.9-liter unit. It has more oomph than the already potent Power Wagon restomod from Legacy Classic Trucks, but if a Cummins wasn't enough, the company also builds other versions that use a Hellcat engine.
