Kiesselbach's plexus is the area in the anteroinferior portion of the nasal septum where there is the anastomosis of branches of anterior ethmoid artery, sphenopalatine artery, superior labial artery and greater palatine artery. This area is also called as Little's area and this is the commonest site of anterior epistaxis.
